Memosyne is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via WhatsApp. The Service allows you to create reminders, manage lists, store memories, and receive intelligent assistance through natural language conversations.

3. User Accounts

To use Memosyne, you must:

• Have a valid WhatsApp account
• Provide accurate information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Be responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Memosyne offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Memosyne to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service

6. AI Limitations

Memosyne uses AI technology that may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). You should verify important information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Memosyne and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (reminders, memories, lists) and grant us a license to process and store it to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memosyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
